The objectives of the European Society of Veterinary Pathology are to promote the scientific work of veterinary surgeons and physicians active in the areas of functional and morphologic pathology of animals, as well as that of other interested natural scientists, by means of organising scientific post-graduate training, conferences and meetings.

It is with pleasure that we announce the next seminar of the SFAPV which will take place from Thursday 12 to Saturday 14 December 2019 at the Veterinary School of Alfort, near Paris. This seminar will be dedicated to gastrointestinal biopsies and in particular to their clinico-pathological correlations. We will have the pleasure to welcome on this occasion specialists on these subjects, Drs Valérie Freiche (ENVA, Paris, France), Simon Priestnall (Royal Veterinay College, London) and Michael D. Willard (Texas A & M University, USA).
The Pathology Division of the Department of Veterinary Pathology and Public Health is seeking a veterinary pathologist to join the team. We undertake research and teaching and provide diagnostic pathology services to the University and external clients.

As part of this effort, ATI is seeking an innovative and highly motivated Molecular Pathologist, who will lead an experimental pathology lab within the Translational Research group within ATI.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic veterinarian who wishes to gain experience in veterinary pathology research, to pursue a one year MPhil project in the Department of Veterinary Medicine, University of Cambridge. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience at the interface between anatomic pathology, machine learning, and small animal endocrinology.

The IRSEA (Research Institute in Semiochemistry and Applied Ethology) is a private Research Institute employing less than 50 employees and placed in Apt, France. IRSEA’s research is mainly focused on the study of the chemical communication and animal welfare. The multidisciplinary approach is at the base of the philosophy of our Institute, which includes different profiles in its team, such as veterinarians, biotechnologists, chemists and entomologists. Due to the growing number of pathology research projects and pathology diagnostic routine, IRSEA is now recruiting a Veterinary Anatomic Pathologist to start a PhD thesis on the project “Vomeronasal organ alterations in animals”.
